A modern minimalist home set among century-old oaks, just five minutes from the sea. Designed for a couple from Kyiv who fell in love with Odesa, the house preserves the natural beauty of the site, keeping as many trees as possible and opening its living spaces to the forest views.

The architecture balances simplicity and practicality: a thoughtful plan with a carport seamlessly integrated into the entrance, bright interiors oriented toward the garden and barbecue area, and a facade combining textured plaster and clinker brick. Solar panels on the roof support energy independence, making the home both sustainable and inspiring — a place where nature and modern comfort live in harmony.
